职位名称：HR实习生

工作地点：上海金桥

Job Description:

协助HR BP的日常工作，包括：

1. 业务部门实习生的管理。协助实习生入职、离职，负责实习生的每月考勤。

2. 各类统计表格汇总。如培训信息、招聘申请等。

3. 会议室预定及会议准备。

4. 根据业务部门的需求，提供必要的人事信息。如每周从嘉阳库中导完整的人事名单、每月与部门核对异地调动人员名单等。

5. 各类签字材料递送及保管。

Assist HR BPs' routine, including:

1. Management of Biz department. Support on intern's on board and resignation. Be responsible for checking on interns' work attendance.

2. Consolidation. Such as training info., recruitment, and etc...

3. Meeting room reservation, and preparing for the meeting.

4. Provide biz dept. with necessary HR information. Such as dump name list weekly from HRIS, check relocation employees with dept., and etc...

5. Documents' delivery and keeping.

Requirements:

1.教育程度:硕士

2.专业:无

3.工作经历:无

4.计算机水平:熟悉office

5.语言能力:CET-4

6.其他要求:一周能工作4天，有责任心。

2. Major in: No limited

3. Working experience: No limited

4. Computer skill: Be familiar with OFFICE.

5. Language ability: CET-4

6. Other requirements: Can work at least 4 days a week. Accountability.
